		<description>We had a guy come to class who ran a startup.  He set up the organization so no one had titles.    They were hiring someone who said he would only work if he had a title, so he said he could pick whatever title he wanted.  He chose &quot;Pope of Technology&quot; and printed that on his business cards.</description>
